Architectural Control Procedures
 
All structures must be approved in writing by the Arbor Springs Architectural Control Committee prior to ANY construction.   A structure shall mean and refer to any thing or object the placement of which upon any Lot may affect the appearance of such Lot,  (such as, but limited to: modification of any exterior aspect of the home, home additions, deck, fence, dock, shed, porch, gazebo, screen porch,  play house,  swimming pool, hot tubs, solar collectors, play set, trampolines, satellites, fountains, outdoor postmount lighting, garden gazebo, tent, awning, pavilion, arbor/trellis, outdoor fireplace, outdoor kitchen, statue, decorative wall, outside storage structure, well, decorative driveway and curbing color.)
 
Any Structure that is placed on any lot for longer than 30 days must have written approval from the Architectural Control Committee.
 
Guidelines and applications are available on this intranet site below and at the Business Office for the Architectural Control Committee (A.C.C.), 250 Arbor Springs Plantation Drive, Newnan, Georgia, 30265,  (770) 463-5777.

Since the A.C.C. is composed of at least three members, it is necessary that applications be submitted at the Business Office at least 30 days in advance of anticipated construction.
 
No construction may be undertaken without written approval from the Modification Control Committee.
