LAKE REGULATIONS
Residents of Arbor Springs have a recreational easement to use any lake that is designated on the recorded plat as “Association Accessibility”. This easement area is the boundary line of the water area. An association member can access this easement from other designated amenity areas, not across a homeowner’s private lot.
Swimming is not permitted in the lakes.
All boats must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee prior to use on the lakes. No sailboats, gasoline engines, rafts or other floating devices are permitted. Outside storage of boats is not allowed unless screened by enclosures or other devices which plans and specifications have been approved in writing by the Architectural Control Committee.
Fishing is allowed to residents of Arbor Springs. Members of he association must access the lake from amenity areas.
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Guests are only permitted, when accompanied by an Association member.
Trash receptacles are available for your convenience. Please do not throw trash in the lake or along the shoreline.
Residents who do not live on the lake may use boats that have been approved by the Architectural Control Committee by access at the approved amenity areas. There are no boat ramps to launch a boat with a vehicle. All boats must be carried to the water from a paved parking space.
Residents must use Coast Guard safety rules for number of persons on boat, life vests, etc.
Residents’ use of the lake is at their responsibility and risk.
